Ingredients:

  1. 1 big onion
  2. 1 clove of garlic
  3. 1 green capsicum
  4. Bacalao that it has been desalinated 300 grams
  5. Eggs, 6 big eggs
  6. Bread, 2 big slices
  7. Extra Virgin olive oil, a good splash
  8. Fresh parsley

Chop the onion, garlic and green capsicum very finely and fry in the pan in that order. Use a good splash of olive oil and fry until the vegetables become soft.

Add the bacalao and when the mixture becomes hot, add the semi-beaten egg.

Keep stirring with a spatula until you have a dish that resembles scrambled eggs.

Suggestions: Accompany the dish with some toasted sandwich bread cut into triangles.
