Ingredients:

  1. Fresh bread or piquillo peppers (1 per person)
  2. smoked salmon pate (small tin)
  3. seafood sticks (2-3 sticks) or crab meat
  4. 2 eggs, boiled
  5. Lettuce, very finely chopped
  6. Worchester sauce, 1 teaspoon
  7. Tabasco, 1 teaspoon
  8. Mayonnaise, 2 teaspoons

Preparation

  1. Mix together the salmon, seafood sticks, lettuce, mayonnaise, Worchester sauce, and the Tabasco. Add salt and pepper.
  2. If you are making the stuffed capsicums, add the finely chopped eggs.
  3. Stuff the peppers and serve cold.
  4. If you are making the pinxo, serve on a slice of bread and grate the boiled eggs on top of the salad.
