Ingredients: (serves 4 as a tapas)

1 litre of red wine
2 lemons
2 peaches
50 grams of sugar
1 stick cinnamon
1 glass of gin or brandy

Preparation:

Peel and cut the peaches into medium size pieces, and leave to marinate with the sugar and the alcohol for 10 minutes.

Place into a jar and add the juice of the lemons, the red wine, the cinnamon and stir well with a wooden spoon.

When you are ready to serve the sangria add some ice cubes and some lemon slices for presentation. Drink nice and cold.
