Ingredients: (per tapa)

Boquerones (cured anchovies), 1 per Tapa

Green capsicum

Onion, very finely chopped

Fresh bread

Jamon, half slice per Tapa

Preparation:

Roast the capsicum in the oven with some olive oil and salt and pepper and put aside.

Place a slice of jamon on a slice of fresh bread (baquette bread). Add one anchovy fillet and some very finely chopped brown onion.

Add a thin slice of roasted capsicum.

If you have a very good extra virgen olive oil, drizzle a small amount over the top.
