Spanish food is delicious, healthy and easy to make. Our aim is to give you everything you need to create tasty Spanish meals for yourself, your friends or family.

Information and Advice
Our focus is on HOME cooking. Traditional, authentic dishes that you would find all over Spain. We give you the type of information that is passed down through generations of Spanish families; recipes, secrets and advice.
You will also learn which Spanish and Australian food products will give you the best results so you can create healthy and tasty meals.

Recipes and Products
Have a look through our website, you will find popular Spanish recipes for main dishes and tapas with more being added all the time.
We have a small range of products which we personally recommend to help you create authentic Spanish food - these are products which we use ourselves and, because they are sometimes hard to find, we have listed them here to make it easy for you. See our'products'page.

Lessons - Learn from a genuine Spanish cook!
A great way to see how it's done and have a go yourself is to attend one of our Spanish Home Cooking lessons!
Held in Melbourne, our cook will demonstrate a range of Spanish recipes and techniques where you can get involved and help create great dishes which you can then enjoy.
Classes are held in the evening in our North Melbourne commercial kitchen. With a maximum of 14 students you will enjoy a glass of wine and pick-up a bit of Spanish language as you learn to cook. The lessons are a fun way to learn new skills in a friendly, social environment. Why not sign-up and give it a go?
