Spanish Food Cooking Courses
Learn to cook Spanish food from an authentic Spanish cook!
Ok, so you've got the recipes, but there's more to it than that. Many Spanish cooks learn to cook from a young age, taught by family, they use knowledge and techniques passed down from generation to generation.
Learn the secrets to Spanish food from our Spanish cook, Maria Del Carmen Cabello San Agustin.
Each 3 hour session takes you on a journey through the products of Spain and the best way to cook and enjoy them. Maria will teach you which products to look for locally, and introduce to you the building blocks of traditional Spanish cooking. From basics such as Jamon and Olives through many types of tapas, main dishes and desserts. You'll also learn some Spanish language and have a great time.

Course 1 - Introduction to Spanish Cooking
A great way to start-out cooking Spanish food, this course is in three parts. Currently we are taking bookings for courses of all three lessons in February and March 2010, or a single Lesson 2 on the 4th March 2010.
Lesson 1, 2 & 3 - The Full Course

Lesson 1 - Tapas and Tortillas

Introduction to Spanish products, how to prepare and use them. Preparation of various tapas. How to cook a tortilla de patata. Churros con Chocolate (Spanish doughnuts), and more. Includes food for tasting, wine, printed information.
Lesson 2 - The Paella
(9th Sept 2010, 6.50pm - 10pm)
Cooking the perfect paella! More Tapas, and more. Includes food for tasting, wine, printed information.
Lesson 3 - More Tapas and Desserts
(16th Sept 2010, 6.50pm - 10pm)
Cooking more advanced tapas and dishes such as bacalao, boquerones, and more. Includes food for tasting, wine, printed information.
Private Lessons
For private groups of 10 people we can organise a private lesson at an agreed time.
If you can get a group of 10 friends, family or workmates together, contact us to arrange a time and lesson format that suits you. Lessons can be tailored to what your group wants.
